HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

Health, Safety and the Environment are not only the foundations of our Core Values, but they are vital to everything else that we do.  We are fully committed to providing a safe working environment for our personnel.

Our HSE Philosophy

With full committment and active involvement from Dragon Deepwater's Executive Leadership Team, our HSE mindset is driven down throughout the organization through line managers, engineers and technicians to ensure that they are fully compliant with our HSE policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our personnel.

We truly believe that all injuries and environmental incidents are preventable and it is our responsibility to ensure the health and safety of our personnel while preserving the environment in which we work.

Policies and Procedures

Safety is our number one priority. Our safety engagement reinforces our mindset that it should not only be safety first and last; but safety should be considered at every step in the process until the job is complete and our personnel arrive home safely.  At no point will we comprise the health and safety of our personnel. No job is "that" important to us.

We promote a company wide safety engagement program to ensure the safety of our personnel. Safety is "EVERYONE's" responsibiliy. If you think or perceive any act or situation to be unsafe it is "YOUR" duty to intevene and confirm whether the correct safety measures are indeed in place or not. We promote a learning environment whereby there are no silly questions. The only silly questions are the ones you dont ask. We are Team Dragon Deepwater, and together we are all responsibile for each others safety. Our policies and procedures are designed with this in mind.

We also understand that actions speak louder than words and we hold each and every employee and contractor accountable for adhering to our safety standards. Everyone is responsible for taking the necessary steps required to eliminate any unsafe act or behaviour to ensure their own safety and also the safety of others while protecting the environment in which we work.
