Subsea Electrical Power Unit (EPU)

The Dragon Subsea Systems Electrical Power Unit was specifically designed in accordance with the  industry codes and standards, with operations input from our consultants and with feedback from operators.  This allowed us to optimize our design, reduce the installation and commissioning time required for these systems offshore, which in turn reduced the  overall cost to our customers. The dual redundant modular design and construction allows a dynamic approach to fit any project needs. Whether it is for Installation and Workover Control Systems (IWOCS) or Subsea Production Systems (SPS), our equipment was designed for quick integration with your Platform DCS, PCS, SIS, MCS or to simply stand alone to provide the power and monitoring you need. The following Features are incorporated into the design.
    - Voltage / Current / Temperature and Line Insulation Monitoring
    - Over Voltage / Current / Temperature Alarms and Trips
    - Under Voltage / Current / Temperature Alarms and Trips
    - Emergency Shutdown (ESD) Function
    - Ethernet / 4-20mA Hardwired / RS485 Status Communcations 
    - Direct Connection to the Platform Topside System DCS, SIS, PCS etc
    - System connection via Ethernet, USB and VNC
    - Built in websever for remote access.
    - Voltage Supply to 1500VAC
    - Designed in line with ISO / API Specifications

The Dragon Subsea Systems design is fully dual redundant so that we can perform regular maintenance to ensure the continued health of our system. The continuous safe operation during maintenance means that we continue to produce while ensuring the longevity of our equipment.

Subsea XMT / Manifold / Sensor Test Equipment

Our Subsea XMT / Sensor Test Equipment was specifically designed for mobile use within the workshop or factory. It has a rugged design that stands up to the hard working environment required for workshop applications, during Extended Factory Acceptance Testing (EFAT) or Systems Integration Testing (SIT) on location. It was designed to cover a wide range of scenarios and requirements from supplying power to and testing Analog and Digital Sensors, Chemical Metering Valves or simply used for Tree testing when there is no Subsea Control Module (SCM) present. Our cost effective rugged design will provide you with the ability to communicate and test tree or manifold sensors without the aid of an Subsea Control Module (SCM).
    - Ethernet / 4-20mA Hardwired / RS485 Communcations
    - Voltage Supply to 24VDC
    - Additonal Sensors and / or Data Logging are available
    - Designed in line with ISO / API Specifications
    - System connection via Ethernet, USB and VNC   
    - Built in websever  for remote access.
